Merchandise Admin Intern

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Product Managers with the purchase order creation especially bulk purchase.
• Convert purchase requisition from stores to purchase order for product managers approval.
• Print & Email purchase orders to suppliers & follow through on the delivery.
• Also manage consignment stock conversion to trade once the merchandize is sold.
• Purchase order achieves management: Housekeeping expired PO in SAP system.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field.
• Internship Duration of 6 months.
• Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply!
• Possess own transport and willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
