Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for stock allocation and replenishment to outlets.
Monitor stock movement, markdowns, inter-outlet transfers, promotions, and clear-outs.
Update stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Work closely with the warehouse team to oversee timely stock delivery and distribution.
Assist in the submission of sales reports and stock balance tracking.
Support the Merchandising Manager in compiling stock consolidation reports and other related reports.
Handle outlet inquiries related to stock issues.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM certificate/diploma or degree in Business or any related field.
Prior experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
Analytical, strong market sensibility, and goal-oriented.
Highly motivated and committed to tasks.
Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred for liaising with overseas suppliers.
