Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for stock allocation and replenishment to outlets.
  • Monitor stock movement, markdowns, inter-outlet transfers, promotions, and clear-outs.
  • Update stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to oversee timely stock delivery and distribution.
  • Assist in the submission of sales reports and stock balance tracking.
  • Support the Merchandising Manager in compiling stock consolidation reports and other related reports.
  • Handle outlet inquiries related to stock issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM certificate/diploma or degree in Business or any related field.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is an added advantage.
  • Analytical, strong market sensibility, and goal-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and committed to tasks.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel.
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred for liaising with overseas suppliers.
  • Working Location: SS2, PJ
