Merchandiser of Japanese Products (Japanese speaker)

This position handles Merchandising operations for new/existing stores in Malaysia and ASEAN countries.

As a merchandiser, the primary duties involve product proposals for Japanese imports to franchise stores, event planning, and sales analysis.

- Selection and procurement of Lifestyle goods/Stationary from Japan

- Create Product Master using an In-House System

- Product proposals and communication to franchisees

- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, and develop new products

- Display the goods and inventory support for new stores

- Market Analysis and Reporting

-Organize promotional events and conduct sales analysis to increase revenue at retail stores.

- Attend weekly/monthly meeting

MUST TO HAVE:

- Japanese Language Proficiency (N3 and above)

- Working Experience OR strong interest in Manga or Intellectual Property (IP)

- Experience to use MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)
