  • Pitch Company's value proposition to merchant decision-makers, addressing objections and tailoring solutions to merchant needs.
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements within guidelines provided by the Merchant AcquisitionManager, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Manage your individual pipeline end-to-end — from lead identification to contract signing — using CRM tools to track progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Onboarding, Operations, Key Account Management, and Marketing) to ensure smooth handover and successful merchant activation.
  • Conduct market and competitor scans at the ground level, providing insights and feedback to the Manager to help refine acquisition strategies.

  • Proven hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales/acquisition targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch to merchant owners and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and resilient, comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection as part of the sales process.
  • Good understanding of the retail or quick-commerce landscape, with curiosity about market trends and competitor activity.
