Merchant Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor and feedback on merchant request, competitors activity and market update to ensure achievement of business targets.
• To monitor and ensure all terminals are fully utilized and accounts are active.
• To monitor sales volume submissions from merchant.
• To review all accounts and ensure is profitable of the company.
• Ensure merchants are serviced to strengthen the relationship for continuous support of sales volume.
• To target, solicit and sign up new merchants to handle and escalate merchants issues within reasonable timeline.
• To minimize and control merchant attrition.
• To contribute effective feedback and to improve efficiency of the internal processes.
• Develop further on individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement of employee commitment and readiness to assume higher position.
• Coach indirect Reports in managing merchants accounts and developing individual improvement and commitment.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree preferably in Sales & Marketing or Diploma in business study.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Banking.
• Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
