Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights, and prepare reports and dashboards to inform business decisions.
Develop and evaluate financial models for various business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and organic growth, and assist in creating business cases aligned with strategic goals.
Support due diligence and M&A processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, while maintaining organized records of strategic initiatives and market data.
Carry out other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
CPA qualification or a finance degree with a minimum of four years relevant experience in consulting or advisory.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent research skills.
Effective presentation and report-writing capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis.
