Messaging Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support minimum 3-8 Years industry experience
Strong command of both spoken and written English, along with fluency in Mandarin, enabling effective communication and support for Mandarin-speaking clients.
Knowledge of Commvault Product Portfolio or any other Data Protection Solution will be desirable.
Experience working in SaaS environment is preferable
Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server and O365, Ability to troubleshoot and address issues confidently.
Knowledge or experience in Microsoft SharePoint is desirable.
Expert knowledge on Active Directory, EntraID services with troubleshooting skills
Intermediate to Advanced understanding of network principles and familiarity with network debugging tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, and others.
Experience with storage concepts such as SAN/NAS, and the capacity to troubleshoot storage-related problems effectively.
Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux Operating system and File System and ability to troubleshoot and address issues related to it.
Understanding of backup-related issues and experience with tools for OS and application recovery.
Desired Skills:
OS Linux or Windows - based on focus groups
Networking (Expert) Strong NW Concepts, DNS, DHCP, NW Troubleshooting
Storage (intermediate) NAS, SAN, RAID, NFS etc.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (spoken and written) is highly desired, Japanese good to have.
Good to Have:
Linux Certifications RHCSA or RHCSE etc
CCNA /CCNP Certifications
Windows Server OS expertise
Experience with or Knowledge of Product Portfolio or any other Data Protection Solution
