Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM Developer

Employment Type: Contract (Yearly Renewable)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and web resources.
• Build and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Develop customizations using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize CRM performance.
• Maintain source code using Git/Azure DevOps and follow development best practices.

Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement (CE) development.
• Strong experience in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Experience working with Dataverse, plugin development, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, and web resources.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience integrating D365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Good understanding of SQL Server, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within an Agile environment.
