Microsoft .NET Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in Scrum/Agile development environment and processes.
2. Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned activities.
3. Based on user stories and functional/technical requirements, work with teams and counterparts to analyse collected requirements, translate into programming solutions/implementation, and ensure that identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
4. Handle change requests and provide quick and efficient solutions.
5. Source code maintenance and control.
6. Maintaining pre-production environments and provide support to production systems issues.
7. Investigate and resolve problems on selected software products and standard systems.
8. Maintain security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents.
9. Build knowledge on emerging tools, techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
2. Proficient in Microsoft's development tools.
3. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the development and implementation of business/enterprise applications (web application, API, services and etc) using Microsoft .NET technologies.
4. Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Proficiency in English is a must.
5. This job demands flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with customer driven projects. The candidate is expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in EU regularly.
6. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Independent, self-disciplined, self-organized, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.
7. Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and motivation to succeed and grow. Maintain openness and flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing technologies driven by business needs.
8. Must have hands-on experience working through .NET framework with the following technologies:

• C#.NET
• Latest .NET / .NET Core
• REST API
• Unit Test
• Microsoft SQL Database
• Azure cloud services

9.    Optional but these experiences come as great plus:

• Frontend frameworks (e. g. React) and technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Android (Kotlin) development
• Worked with remote team
• Experience in logistics and warehouse applications
• On-call duty

10. Autonomous, engaged and quality-oriented working characteristic.

11. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
