We are looking for a highly skilled, strategically articulate, and creatively matureDesign Team Leadto elevate and execute design work across branding, social media, packaging, and UI/UX projects for both client and internal brands.
This role suits a senior designer who leads bydoing and directing. You will not only guide visual direction and mentor the team but also serve as the primarycreative voicein project discussions. You must enjoy translating strategy into compelling visuals, managing workflow, and ensuring every outcome is strategically justified and flawlessly executed to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Interpretation and Creative Execution
Interpret strategic briefs and translate them into clear visual directions
Align all design outputs with brand positioning and messaging framework
Contribute ideas during concept development discussions
Ensure visual consistency across different platforms and touchpoints
2. Presentation and Client Communication
Present design concepts with structured rationale
Clearly explain visual decisions during internal and client meetings
Handle feedback constructively while maintaining design integrity
Revise work based on feedback without compromising strategic intent
3. Hands-On Design Execution
Develop brand identity assets, including logos and visual systems
Design social media graphics and digital marketing materials
Produce marketing collaterals such as brochures and presentation decks
Execute packaging artwork and product visuals
Ensure all outputs meet Brand Soul's visual quality standards
4. Creative Concept Development
Support the development of brand identity systems
Build cohesive visual languages, including typography and colour systems
Translate brand narratives into strong visual storytelling
Adapt creative concepts across digital and print formats
5. Social Media and Digital Design
Create structured layout systems and content templates
Design high-quality digital ads and social media creatives
Collaborate with the content team for visual and messaging alignment
Optimise designs for multiple formats and platform specifications
6. Packaging and Print Design
Prepare print-ready artwork with correct technical specifications
Liaise with vendors and printers to ensure production accuracy
Manage colour consistency and finishing details
Ensure packaging meets brand and commercial requirements
7. UI and Digital Experience Support
Provide visual direction for websites and landing pages
Design UI layouts aligned with brand identity
Review wireframes and prototypes for consistency
Work with developers to ensure practical implementation
8. Workflow and Quality Control
Manage assigned projects independently
Prioritise tasks and meet project deadlines
Conduct self-quality checks before submission
Maintain organised file management and version control
