Store & Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Store & Production Supervisor to oversee daily mini store and production operations at our Ipoh facility. This role ensures smooth production flow, proper inventory control, and effective supervision of the production team.

Daily communication is mainly conducted in Malay, with reports prepared in English. Chinese language skills are an added advantage but not mandatory.

Female candidates will be given priority; male candidates are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mini store and production activities
• Monitor inventory and ensure materials are properly managed
• Coordinate production schedules and manpower
• Lead and support production staff
• Handle day-to-day operational issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Requirements

• Diploma qualification
• Able to communicate in Malay for daily operations
• Able to prepare reports in English
• Chinese speaking ability is an advantage
• Experience in production, storekeeping, or manufacturing is preferred
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
