MIS Executive

Responsibilities

• Perform any other duties and responsibility as and when assigned by Management.
• Planning, monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting IT frameworks.
• Coordinate and build relationships with vendors to ensure successful achievement of all systems objectives.
• Interpreting briefs and creating IT frameworks that meet all particulars and cost prerequisites.
• Maintain current hardware and software inventories; recommend acquisition of additional hardware and software as required.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware configurations, software upgrades, and new software installations to meet users needs.
• Guaranteeing staff consent to the organization, just as wellbeing and security guidelines consistently.
• Overseeing advanced security and ensuring all anti-virus and firewalls are routinely refreshed.
• Provide technical advice and support to end users.
• Conducting research, going to workshops, and networking with different experts in the business.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of software & hardware troubleshooting and networking.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and report writing.
• Work Independently: Ability to work self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
• Should be able to communicate clearly with cross department and team in the project.
• Quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast.
• Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
