Perform on-site battery installations, replacements, and repairs at customer locations, including homes, offices, and roadside assistance situations.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete battery service tasks safely and accurately.
Educate customers on proper battery maintenance practices and provide recommendations for optimizing battery life.- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including detailed notes on diagnostic findings, services performed, and parts used.
Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards while performing all service activities.
- Keep abreast of new developments and technologies in automotive batteries and related systems through ongoing training and professional development.
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company in interactions with customers and partners.- Involved in offline promotional activites such as flyers to potential areas
