Mobility Executive / Mobility Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Mobility Team. This role will support end-to-end employee mobility activities including relocations, visa coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and interested in HR operations and international workforce mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day employee mobility and relocation activities (local & international)
• Assist in visa, work permit, and immigration documentation preparation and tracking
• Coordinate with internal HR teams, employees, and external vendors (immigration agents, relocation partners, travel providers)
• Maintain accurate employee mobility records and trackers
• Support onboarding and offboarding of relocated employees
• Assist with policy communication and employee queries related to mobility benefits
• Prepare basic reports, data updates, and documentation for audits and internal reviews
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Perform ad-hoc administrative support for the Mobility team

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation accurately
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
