We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Modern Trade Manager to lead our efforts in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in modern trade management, with a focus on driving sales and building strategic partnerships. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, relationship management, and analytical skills to succeed in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement modern trade strategies for the APAC region in alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors across the region.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure successful execution of trade initiatives.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics related to modern trade channels.
• Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure optimal terms and conditions.
• Train and develop the modern trade sales team to enhance performance and productivity.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-16 years of experience in modern trade or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth in the APAC region.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and executing trade marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software.
• Understanding of retail dynamics and consumer behavior in the APAC market.
