MongoDB DBA

We're looking for an experienced MongoDB DBA to support and scale mission-critical database environments.

What You'll Do:

Manage and optimize MongoDB clusters (Replica Sets & Sharding)

Handle performance tuning, indexing, and monitoring (Ops Manager, Prometheus, Grafana)

Implement backup, recovery, and security best practices

Perform upgrades, patching, and automation (Shell/Python/Ansible)

Support Oracle DB (secondary) when needed

Work on migrations from Oracle/SQL Server to MongoDB

Provide 24x7 support for production environments

What You Bring:

45+ years hands-on MongoDB administration

Strong knowledge of HA architecture, clustering, and scalability

Experience with Linux (RHEL/OEL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
