Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mortgage Advisor based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will provide expert financial advice to clients on mortgage services, guide them through the home-buying process, and assist in securing the right mortgage products for their needs. Key responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, recommending suitable financial products, staying informed about market trends, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Marketing and knowledge of Mortgages.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Financial Planning principles.
• CeMap qualification or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and market trends to recommend suitable products.
• Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
