Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with mortgage applications and financing, providing advice on mortgage products, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial information, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement with potential clients and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including understanding of Mortgage Lending practices
• Strong background in Finance with expertise in Mortgages and financial solutions
• Proficiency in Customer Service, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
