Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Mortgage Consultant is based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The responsibilities include advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions, guiding them through the application and approval process, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The consultant will also build strong client relationships, stay updated on market and lending trends, and collaborate with the internal team to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
• Strong understanding of Mortgages and Finance concepts
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Malaysian financial services landscape is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is desirable
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
