Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Consultant. The Mortgage Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their mortgage needs by providing advice and solutions tailored to their financial situations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial information, offering mortgage product recommendations, managing the mortgage application process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. The Consultant will coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate seamless mortgage transactions.
Qualifications
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgages and Mortgage Lending
- Proficient in Finance with the ability to analyze financial information
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
