Compensation & Benefits
- Allowance: RM 2,000 per month
- Commission Structure: Earn up to 0.5% of successful mortgage values
- Realistic Monthly Earnings: RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 for performers (including commission)

WhatYou'llDo
- Client Advisory: Guide clients through the mortgage selection process, helping them secure their dream homes
- Financial Analysis: Assess clients financial situations to recommend optimal mortgage solutions
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on competitive mortgage products across banks and insurance providers
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with property agents, banks and clients
- Portfolio Management: Create tailored financial plans that align with clients long-term goals

WhatWe'reLookingFor
- Education: Diploma and above in any field (Finance/Business preferred but not required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or client-facing roles
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building abilities, and basic financial knowledge
- Qualities: Self-motivated, client-focused, and eager to learn
- Licenses: RFP/CFP/PCE/TBE qualifications advantageous but not mandatory
