Job Responsibilities:

• To perform credit evaluation, recommendations and approval for Mortgage applications
• To evaluate and recommend loans forapproval beyond their discretionarypower
• To evaluate applicant's financial status, credit worthiness and riskbefore providing credit terms
• To ensure mortgage applications are processedwithin internal turnaroundtime
• To detect fraudulentapplication, tampered/ suspicious documents and ensure timely fraud escalation to the Fraud Management Unit.

Requirements:

• Malaysian Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent
