Job Description

  • Lead and manage a team of Mortgage Specialists/Relationship Managers to achieve mortgage acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive mortgage growth.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular coaching and support.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track leads, and drive conversion efficiency.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities.
  • Build strong working relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and external partners.
  • Participate in property launches, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
  • Work closely with branches and other internal units to drive cross-selling.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and credit guidelines.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and compliance on portfolio and exception management.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts.
  • Track key metrics such as conversion rates, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps in performance and recommend improvements.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 5–8 years mortgage sales experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep knowledge of mortgage products, credit assessment, and property market trends.
  • Analytical, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem‑solving abilities.
