Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Specialist based in Puchong. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling mortgage products, assisting customers with mortgage applications, assessing and processing mortgage loans, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, meeting sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Skills in Mortgage Marketing, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending are essential
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Services
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the banking industry is advantageous
