Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Specialist located in Petaling Jaya. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for providing professional advice and solutions to clients on mortgage-related matters. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating clients financial situations, preparing and submitting mortgage applications, maintaining client records, and ensuring personalized customer service. Other responsibilities include identifying potential customers, developing marketing strategies, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Mortgage skills to create and implement effective strategies for promoting mortgage-related products and services
• Proficiency in Mortgages and Mortgage Lending to provide tailored financing options for customers
• Strong Finance knowledge to review and assess clients financial profiles and capabilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships and satisfaction
• Analytical skills to assess financial statements and improve loan approval success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present complex financial products effectively
• Prior experience in real estate or financial institutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
