Dynamics CRM Developer Service/Sales Module

Location: KL, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, primarily in the Service and/or Sales modules.
- Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic using C#.
- Configure and customize OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) features of the Dynamics Service module.
- Implement and enhance Service Management functionalities within Dynamics CRM.
- Integrate CRM with other systems and applications as required.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
- 68 years of experience in application development.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong proficiency in C# (plugins, custom workflows, server-side development).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Service module and OOTB service management features.
- Experience in designing and implementing Service and/or Sales CRM modules.
- Completed atleast one end to end service module implementation.
- Experience ins designing and implementing the service/sales module solution in team lead capacity.
- Good to have react JS development or integration with CRM exposure .
Good to Have:
- Experience with React.js development.
- Experience in integrating React or other front-end applications with Dynamics CRM.
