Job Description

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our client's team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integration and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain CRM plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript, web resources and custom solutions.
• Configure CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business process flows and security roles.
• Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and other Microsoft Power Platform components.
• Integrate Dynamics CRM with external systems and APIs.
• Manage CRM solutions and deployments across development, testing and production environments.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot technical issues and resolve defects.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile development activities, sprint planning and delivery.

Requirements

• Preferably 5–10 years of relevant IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration and development.
• Hands-on experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and web resources.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, CRM integrations and Web API.
• Experience managing CRM solutions and deployments across multiple environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS or Git.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Pages or Custom Pages.
• Knowledge of SSRS reporting and Azure services.
• Experience in end-to-end CRM implementation, migration and integration projects.
