MS Network Security Engineer (L2)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Role Summary:

We need a Level 2 NOC Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto Firewalls and F5 Load Balancers to deliver onsite technical support at a KLCC-based client.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls (Panorama, policy rules, threat prevention)

Manage F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM, iRules, SSL offloading)

Handle Level 2 NOC security incidents – firewall logs, access reviews, and escalations

Ensure security compliance and assist with rule optimization

Work onsite with client infrastructure team

Requirements:

4 to 5 years experience

Strong Palo Alto and F5 hands-on skills

Prior Level 2 NOC or support experience

Able to work onsite at KLCC

Immediate joiner or within 2 weeks notice – mandatory
