Job Description

Role: MTES / Test Environment Management

Experience: 2 to 5 years (varies by level)

Domain: QA / Testing / Environment Management

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain test environments for SIT, UAT, NFT, MR as per project schedules Coordinate with application teams for environment readiness

Track environment availability, connectivity and issues

Monitor and resolve environment-related incidents; raise and track Jira tickets

Conduct environment readiness calls, send Moms, and provide status reports

Maintain environment inventory, application lists, POCs, and dependency matrices

(Excel/Confluence)

Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement & value additions

Required Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills

Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and test phases (SIT, UAT)

Tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Basic understanding of servers, databases, middleware, networking, upstream &

downstream applications, Batch-CD, Online-MQ, API connectivity

Exposure to environment monitoring
