PropSocial is seeking a
Content Specialist who is on top of market trends and has a flair for fresh and creative ideas. You will create marketing content reflecting current trends for both print and digital media. In this position, you will work and be a part of our
Marketing Communications Team to develop innovative and inspiring ideas for social media, campaigns, electronic direct mail (EDMs) and our classifieds property portal. You must have writing and proofreading skills. Video shooting/editing and search engine optimisation skills are a plus. You must be able to work independently and within a team. We are looking for a highly skilled storyteller with an eye for detail and limitless creativity.
Multimedia Content Specialist Duties & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content and be responsible for our digital site and social media platforms.
- Produce conversion and engagement-focused copy for a variety of marketing assignments including emails, web pages, ads, product copy, articles, sales sheets, etc.
- Perform background research as needed.
- Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing.
- Follow brand and style guidelines.
- Adhere to all submission deadlines

- At least 3 years of industry experience or in a similar capacity.
- Has the ability to write and create content for different audiences.
- Is solutions focused, with a firm Can Do attitude.
- Has excellent command of English, both written and spoken. If you are able to write in BM/Mandarin, you would be an ideal candidate.
- Is organised, able to multi-task and prioritise in a start-up environment.
- Experience and skills with video shooting/editing and search engine optimisation is a plus.
- Writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Having a positive outlook on life and a great personality will also be favourable
