Job Description

Skintific is looking for a versatile Creative Ad Designer to translate our skincare science into high-performing visual assets. We are a brand built on speed, trend-relevance, and visual impact. In this role, you won't just be making things look prettyyou'll be designing strategic assets that stop the scroll and drive conversions across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Multi-Channel Design: Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual ads for social media (TikTok, Instagram, XHS), search engines, display networks, and offline media.
  • Visual Brand Stewardship: Act as a guardian of the Skintific aesthetic, ensuring every asset aligns with our premium, clinical-yet-accessible brand identity.
  • Creative Synergy: Partner with copywriters and marketing leads to transform campaign goals and audience insights into cohesive visual stories.
  • Data-Informed Iteration: Refine and optimize designs based on stakeholder feedback and real-time performance metrics (CTR/CVR) to maximize ad effectiveness.
  • Asset Architecture: Maintain and organize a robust library of design assets, ensuring the team has streamlined access to high-quality campaign materials.
  • Market & Design Intelligence: Stay at the forefront of global beauty trends and digital advertising formats to keep our creative output competitive and innovative.
  • Performance Tracking: Work alongside the analytics team to review how designs are performing and make proactive, data-driven adjustments to visual layouts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related creative field.
  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally within an agency or a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is highly preferred given our focus on short-form video.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of ad formats, specifically showing an eye for layout, typography, and color theory.
  • A genuine interest in or knowledge of skincare products and the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong collaborative skills and the ability to articulate design choices to non-creative stakeholders.
