Create appealing, innovative website, web logos, product graphics, social media graphics, static and rich banner ads, email campaigns to the target market and ensuring a well-orchestrated end-toend user experience
Work closely with the e-Commerce Marketing Team to develop a full range of graphic design of online marketing and communication and promotional materials.
To deliver engaging and consistent content for email, affiliates, re-targeting, social media, and display advertising channels
To translate business ideas and concepts into creative visual which are able to convey clear marketing objectives.
Create designs that respond beautifully to all devices whilst demonstrating a user-centric approach
Ensure all digital creative & front-end content produced is on brand, accessible, usable & meets best practice standards and be up-to-date about the latest advertising design trend
Create an effective and dynamic plan focusing on the digital expression of product - that strengthens brand positioning, informs marketing planning and resources, ensures strong key trend messages are incorporated into the season, drives clarity of category strategies across creative teams
Lead the internal process of campaign planning, working closely with Marketing on campaign calendar, ensuring the design-driven vision is incorporated into the Marketing Campaign calendar, catalogue shooting style guides, and into private label Instagram strategies
Responsible for ensuring visual and content of all private label campaigns is consistent and appropriate with the product vision and creative direction
Capacity planning for all campaign shoots, working as the Private Label representative in liaising with Marketing. Responsibilities will include: planning, coordination of key looks and product for the shoots, initial model vetting, pre-selection of digital assets for the final agreement on key images
Incorporation of digital assets into Private Label brand Instagram Strategies, including social media planning, key themes, compelling content, measurement and optimization of the accounts
Independent conception and coordination of campaigns, including a strong partnership with Marketing, Public Relations, Private Label teams, Production Studios. May include a direct connection with graphics, content, production teams.
Optimize the role of Private Label brands within the product portfolio
Become a key stakeholder in the strategic development of innovative digital projects and campaigns
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
A minimum of a diploma accreditation with knowledge in Graphic Design and Advertising
Required skill(s): Adobe Creative Cloud application, such as Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with proven portfolio and experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
