Job Description:
- To lead the successful delivery of the project.
- To provide technical support on all project related issues under the major projects team.
- To provide comment, proposals and reports concerning technical issues.
- To convene co-ordination meetings periodically with clients and sub-contractors to ensure that specified standards are established and maintained, while discussing and reviewing issues.
- To convene, where necessary, site inspections with the client and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Respond to adhoc activities and resolve technical problems thereafter.
- To check on site works carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
- To assist in the development of energy conservation measures, carry out energy audits and contribute to energy & environmental management programs.
- Prepare reports, recommendations and improvement works as appropriate.
- To work in accordance with the firm's Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) systems, Quality Management systems, Operations Procedures, Business Recovery Plans and local Ordinances and Regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Eligible to work in Malaysia, essential.
- Salary Negotiable.
- Data Centre experience preferred
- Client Management essential
- PMO experience essential
- Cost, Programme, Construction, Quality and Risk management experience essential
- Statutory Code compliance understanding essential.
