We are seeking an experienced Murex Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Murex development, with expertise in implementing and maintaining Murex systems to support trading and risk management functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Murex applications and systems to support trading and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions within the Murex platform.
- Conduct testing and validation of Murex modules to ensure accuracy and compliance with business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Murex-related issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Document technical specifications and operational procedures for Murex implementations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-15 years of experience in Murex development and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Murex architecture and modules (MX.3).
- Proficient in SQL and database management, with experience in Oracle or MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with financial products, including derivatives, fixed income, and equity instruments.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
