We are seeking a highly motivated Integration Consultant to work on a customer
facing role to drive one of our client's Murex activities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, impact analysis, development and support for change requests, projects and new product development.
- Follow strictly to project processes.
- Provide production support and participate in implementation projects in Murex Datamart/ Interface Streams.
- Develop expertise and participate in the build of Murex Interface/ Reporting solutions.
- Develop Trade workflows and interfaces to set up communication between external platforms and Murex to receive trade and other data feeds, process them, save into the system, and send acknowledgement. Use a combination of MxML Exchange, MxOpenConnect, Murex APIs, and Datamart to successfully deliver such solutions.
- Provide technical support to customers, ensuring successful follow up of issues from notification to resolution and validation.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end configuration management packages, such as Install, Deploy, and Test Murex Packaged interfaces like MDIT (market data interface tool), Markitwire, BSMT, and MarkitCredit to receive live and end-ofday data from external providers like Bloomberg, Reuters, Markit, etc...
- Integrate with various teams to deliver the right solution to client.
Profile:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Computer Engineering, Financial Engineering, or relevant discipline.
- Min 2-5 years of Murex experience on Datamart and Interface Datamart -
- Reports Development, Batch of Feeders/ extractions OR Interface - MxML Interface, Workflow.
- Fresh Grads are very welcome to apply.
- Experience in build, configuration and testing of Reports/ Interface.
- Good understanding of Murex DataModel, Dynamic Tables and Viewers.
- Hands-on experience with Murex MxML Exchange.
- Solid programming skill with Java (Apache Camel).
- Familiar with SQL, XML, Linux, Unix system commands, and Shell Scripting.
- Excellent communication skills, able to handle multiple projects, priorities and manage business expectations
- Must be customer driven, have the ability to work within a team environment, and be focused on providing a high quality of service to the customer.
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving and analytical skill.
