Responsibilities

This position is responsible in day to day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.

  • Trucking planning accordance to approved vendor list and coordinatio of trucking activities.
  • Acceptance of truck order and execute with vendors.
  • Ensure on time pick-up delivery on all bookings.
  • Proactive follow-up on each movement and raise escalation to internal and external customer on any incident.
  • To submit daily/weekly/monthly report on time to customer.
  • Ensure update in CTSI system and check status.
  • Maintain Operations Standard as per set KPI.
  • Coordinate day to day operation activities meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or transport operations
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software
  • Strong multitasking skills and a customer-oriented approach to handling inquiries efficiently
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment
