Role Summary:

Nadi Tech is looking for a curious, commercially minded Intern or Fresh Graduate to support the Manager across business strategy, market expansion, programme operations, and continuous improvement. You will gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement while helping turn ideas and insights into practical business actions. It is well suited to someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, working with data, and turning complex information into clear recommendations.

What You'll Do:

Business Strategy & Programme Insights

• Research business performance, market trends, competitors, regulations, and ecosystem developments to identify opportunities and risks.
• Track key programme metrics and turn data and stakeholder inputs into clear insights, presentations, and management updates.
• Support business cases and opportunity assessments for new use cases, partnerships, services, or market expansion.

Strategic Initiatives & Business Enablement

• Support selected project workstreams—from planning and evaluation through pilot execution and operational handover—under the Manager's guidance.
• Coordinate timelines, action items, and dependencies across product, commercial, technology, and operations teams.
• Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions, workshops, approvals, and other emerging business priorities.

Programme Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Support day-to-day programme operations by monitoring service performance, following up on issues, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain operating documents, standard procedures, governance trackers, and readiness checklists.
• Help analyse recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to workflows, controls, and user experience.

Role Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Management, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work confidently with data and explain findings clearly.
• Proactive, organised, and adaptable; able to manage assigned tasks with appropriate guidance.
• Preferred Internship, project, case competition, or extracurricular exposure to consulting, advisory, strategy, business operations, or programme management.
• Business curiosity and an interest in fintech, banking, government technology, digital platforms, or ecosystem-based services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent analysis and presentation tools.
