Job Description

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
  • Design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  1. Lead and Manage Sales Team
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  1. Set Sales Targets and Monitor Performance
  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
