Key Responsibilities
Local Expertise & Storytelling
Curate bold, insider recommendations that reflect the neighborhood's true heartbeat.
Provide personalized insights that reveal the story behind places, people, and flavors.
Stay on the pulse of new openings, trends, and hidden gems in the local area.
Guest Engagement
Build genuine rapport with guests through thoughtful conversation and active listening.
Use profiling and preferences to deliver customized experiences.
Engage guests from pre-arrival to post-checkout to ensure lasting impact.
Brand Advocacy
Champion Renaissance's unique brand point of view: spontaneous discovery and cultural immersion.
Represent the Navigator mindsetbold, curious, and always informed.
Collaborate across departments to embed local storytelling into the full guest journey.
Experience Curation & Collaboration
Partner with local artists, chefs, shops, and communities to co-create meaningful experiences.
Work with fellow Navigators across properties to share ideas and best practices.
Blend digital tools with personal touchpoints to maximize delight.
Qualifications
Proven passion for local culture, history, food, and events
Prior Experience In Guest Services, Hospitality, Or Concierge Preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled in storytelling and confident sharing recommendations
Comfortable using digital apps, maps, and online platforms
Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
