Job Title: Senior Dot net developer 

Experience: 7–15 years

Contract – 6 Months

*Job Summary*

We are looking for an experienced Senior Dot net developer in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the .NET ecosystem, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, cloud technologies, and software architecture, along with proven team leadership skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers.

Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

Participate in architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Review code and provide technical guidance to team members.

Troubleshoot complex production and application issues.

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.

Plan and estimate development tasks and manage delivery timelines.

Implement CI/CD and automated deployment practices.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum processes and engineering best practices.

Identify technical risks and proactively resolve blockers.

Stay current with emerging .NET, cloud, and software development technologies.

*Required Skills*

Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8+, and ASP.NET Core.

Excellent knowledge of RESTful Web APIs and microservices.

Strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.

Experience with Entity Framework Core.

Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, OOP, and clean architecture.

Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.

Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React is desirable.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Experience conducting code reviews and maintaining coding standards.

Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to delegate tasks and manage priorities effectively.

Ability to make sound technical decisions and drive engineering best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

*Preferred Qualifications*

Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Experience with messaging technologies such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.

Familiarity with automated testing and tools such as xUnit/NUnit and Moq.

Experience designing highly available and cloud-native applications.
