o Responsible for full-cycle web app development and execution of data migration activities, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy under tight deadlines and large data volumes.
o Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
o Plan and oversee detailed project documentation business requirements, functional specs, test plans, project timelines, training, and support materials.
o Perform system testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance to ensure stability.
o Develop and enhance applications aligned to stakeholder needs.
o Oversee application change requests with effective communication and coordination.
o Track, prioritize, and resolve issues/change requests within SLA in a high-volume environment.
o Maintain documentation user guides, tech records for knowledge sharing and support
