Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-sales consultation and post-sales technical support.
- Handle pre-sales inquiries, provide product consultation, quotations, and process orders.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding products, promotions, technical issues, and commercial topics.
- Provision new orders remotely and allocate appropriate resources to clients based on requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues encountered by customers during usage.
- Configure server systems, switches, and routers as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field; minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficient in deploying, installing, and maintaining Windows and Linux OS.
- Knowledge of mainstream network equipment, hardware, RAID cards, etc.
- Responsible work attitude with good customer service and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills; pre/post-sales or IDC experience is an advantage.
- Clear thinking, patient, with strong service awareness.
- Good health, responsible, able to commit to long-term shift work.
Language Requirement:
Candidates must be proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written), as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal team members.
Working Hours:
Rotational 3-shift schedule, weekly rotation (5 working days, 2 rest days; non-fixed weekends):
- Day Shift: 08:4516:45 (in-office)
- Evening Shift: 16:0000:00 (remote)
- Night Shift: 00:0009:00 (remote)
- Personal laptop required.
