We're Hiring Network Engineer
Location: Malaysia (Visa Sponsored)
Experience: 46 Years
We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to provide operational support and ensure the stability, security, and performance of enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Network Operations
Monitor network performance & availability using standard tools
Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within SLA
Perform routine health checks & maintenance
Provide Level 3 support for network incidents & requests
Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN & Wi-Fi issues (Data Center Network)
Escalate complex issues when required
Support internal teams and end users
Configuration & Implementation
Assist in configuring routers, switches & load balancers
Support network changes following change management processes
Compliance & Security
Apply security policies (access control, firmware patching)
Participate in vulnerability remediation activities
Documentation
Maintain network configuration records
Update network diagrams & inventory documentation
Technical Skills Required
Routing & Switching (Cisco, Huawei)
Firewalls & Load Balancers (F5, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Monitoring Tools (ExtraHop, Gigamon, SolarWinds)
Network Automation (Python, Ansible)
Certifications Preferred
CCNP
HCIP / HCIE
Equivalent certifications
Soft Skills
Strong leadership & communication
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
