Job Description
Network Engineer (L2/SME)
Bukit Jalil (100% WFO)
12-Month Contract
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support L2 network operations.
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
- Support routing & switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN).
- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Work closely with L1, L3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and VPN environments.
- Maintain network documentation and reports.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Network Engineer / Network Operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLAN.
- Experience with LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and VPN.
- Good troubleshooting and incident management skills.
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil and support on-call activities.
