Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be a part of an Enterprise Network team and execute operational and technical support plans with the architectural direction from the Network Manager to improve the current infrastructure.
Have strong knowledge on F5 Load Balancer technology to support the WAN & LAN Infrastructure.
Act as L2/L3 support for network related issues, request & change.
Meet roles KPI
Coordinate with internal team (engineering and operation) and vendors for new projects deployments.
Create technical documents for deployment and operations.
Presenting (technical and operational) activities internally & to the customer stakeholders.
Deploying new connectivity requests.
Performing network performance improvements.
Plan, manage & execute hardware & software lifecycle
SKILL
Understanding of the following technologies:
o IP subnetting
o TCP/IP & UDP communications
o Routing & switching
o Firewall/IDS/IPS
o Hardware, software & traffic load balancing
o Wireless bridging, routing & WLC
o Cisco Nexus
Experience implementing tasks such as:
o Wireless deployment
o Traffic engineering
o Firewall administration
o Load Balancer administration
o SAN switch administration
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Computer System & Network
CCNA Certification (must)
CCNP Certification (Preferred)
ITIL V3 Foundation
F5 Certificate (Preferred)
Palo Alto or Checkpoint Certificate (good to have)
7 Years in network operations and deployment in a medium to large scale environment
