Key Responsibilities
Network Operations (RUN)
- Manage SD-WAN (Velocloud), LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN networks
- Monitor network performance, ISP circuits, and connectivity health
- Handle L2/L3 incident troubleshooting and resolution
- Perform change management (planning, testing, implementation, documentation)
- Maintain network security through patching and configuration hardening
- Support critical incidents (P1) and perform root cause analysis
- Manage network tools (DHCP, Radius, network portals)
- Ensure smooth handovers in 24×7 global operations
Platform & Tools Collaboration (ENABLE)
- Follow global network standards and configurations
- Support monitoring tools using SNMP, APIs, and logs
- Work with automation teams on scripts and network templates
Governance & Compliance (GOVERN)
- Ensure compliance with network architecture and security standards
- Apply lifecycle management and vendor best practices
- Support cost management for network circuits and services
Collaboration
- Support field teams for on-site network troubleshooting
- Participate in new site setups, SD-WAN deployments, and retail/warehouse projects
- Work with security teams (Zscaler) for secure network access
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
Certifications (Preferred)
- CCNP / CCIE
- Zscaler Certifications
