NPD Marketing - Senior Executive, New Product Development

Role Overview

We are seeking for two (2) Senior Executive, Marketing Innovation (NPD) for MEDICOS and e'lioe to support the development of new product opportunities within the medical disposable devices category and consumer skin health respectively. This role will work closely with Business Managers to identify market opportunities, coordinate product development projects, support sourcing activities, and assist in executing go-to-market plans.

The ideal candidate is commercially aware, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in brand management and new product development within a fast-paced local environment.

  

Key Responsibilities

1.Opportunity & Trend Exploration

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and category developments in disposable medical devices and consumer skin health respectively . 
  • Gather insights on customer needs, healthcare usage trends, and potential market gaps. 
  • Support opportunity screening and early-stage concept research. 

2.Business Case & Project Support

  • Assist in preparing business cases for new product opportunities. 
  • Support market sizing, pricing research, and commercial viability assessments. 
  • Consolidate research findings, sales inputs and competitor benchmarks for management review. 

3.New Product Development (NPD) & Sourcing

  • Coordinate new product development projects from concept to launch under Manager guidance. 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as regulatory, sales, operations, procurement and design teams. 
  • Support supplier sourcing, quotation comparisons, sample evaluations and project timelines. 
  • Follow up on packaging artwork specifications, compliance documents, and launch readiness. 

4.Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support product launch plans across medical, retail, and commercial channels. 
  • Coordinate packaging development, product claims, and marketing materials. 
  • Prepare sales support tools such as presentations, product sheets, catalogues and training kits. 

5.Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain NPD trackers, project timelines, cost sheets, and launch calendars. 
  • Prepare presentations, updates, and status reports for internal meetings. 
  • Ensure proper documentation across all development stages. 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 
  • 1–4 years experience in procurement, brand executive, product development or related roles. 
  • Exposure to FMCG, healthcare, medical devices, or personal care industries is an advantage. 
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.
