We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain end-to-end project management experience within the FMCG industry, specifically focusing on artwork management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to audit, update, and organize the NPD artwork library to ensure all flat artwork, 3D renders and e-comm images are current and compliant.
• Assist in the filing and compilation of essential documents, including Halal certifications, official trade letters, and Nutri-Grade compliance letters.
• Support the SG BCRS product registration process (Beverage Container Return Scheme) and coordinate the preparation of physical product mock-ups for review with BCRS scheme and the SG NEA authority.
• Assist in full SKU artwork revamp project. This includes tracking changes across the full Malaysia SKU portfolio (Cans, PET, and Bag-in-Box) and manages and updates stakeholders on latest project statuses.
• Coordinate with Marketing team, Supply Chain team, 3rd-party manufacturers, and external suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.
