The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, enhancement, and marketing of products from concept to launch. This role plays a critical part in delivering consumer-relevant innovation, ensuring commercial viability, and driving market success through well-executed marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
- Identify consumer needs, market gaps, and innovation opportunities through market research and trend analysis.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain to ensure timely development, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct product testing, concept validation, and feasibility studies.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand growth.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and overall product communication strategy.
- Oversee packaging development in line with brand identity and consumer appeal.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Manages and maintains the portfolio SKUs.
- Conduct regular product portfolio reviews to optimize assortment and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in MLM, FMCG or related industries.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, go-to-market strategies, and brand management.
- Proven track record in launching successful products and managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using data and insights to drive business decisions.
