Job description:
- Lead and coordinate NPI, FA/ECN, and engineering projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality delivery.
- Maintain and update project status, Gantt charts, BOMs, and routings with accurate and traceable data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC) and customers on RFQs, technical issues, and project discussions.
- Evaluate material requirements for new products or customer RFQs in coordination with production and engineering teams.
- Translate complex customer specifications into effective workflows.
- Drive FA project kick-offs, allocate resources, and monitor fabrication processes and lead times.
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Basic knowledge on SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and SAP systems.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
- Strong analytical skill, highly proactive and committed with high sense of urgency.
